This was a typical Teth hacker who repeatedly spammed the Sandstorm ability with no cooldown. It stayed underneath enemies, went underground, and teleported directly to enemy robots.
After I destroyed the hacker’s Teth with my Ultimate Leech, he deployed an Atlas and continued spamming abilities.
