Shredder with Ruiz. We've tried out punishers and Hefty with the Ruiz pilot and she makes the weapons way better. But now I want to see what happens with the shredder. I havent used the Shredder in awhile and I can't imagine they are meta tier. But Im using a Scorpion whiplash torso max level, with the max lvl ruiz and 5x Shredder.
