Start with one job
Choose a job for your first deployment: support a teammate, help secure an objective, or hold a useful approach. Watch the selected game mode and objective display rather than chasing every red marker. Staying useful matters more than trying to win every duel.
Before leaving cover, identify where you will move next. Crossing an open lane without a destination can cost a robot before it contributes. A short, safe route is often a better learning choice than a dramatic rush.
Learn from the first loss
After a robot is destroyed, ask one question: was the problem distance, cover, timing or equipment? Pick one change for the next deployment. Repeating the same route against the same firing lane rarely teaches as much as trying another approach.
Do not judge a build from one match. Opponents, maps and equipment levels differ. Look for a pattern across several battles and distinguish a tactical mistake from a equipment mismatch.
A simple practice session
Play a few battles with a specific goal: stay near cover, keep track of the objective, and notice when teammates need support. Record one useful decision and one avoidable loss afterward.
Spend time learning the equipment already in your hangar before spending resources on replacements. Use the official reference for unfamiliar abilities, and watch a War Robots battle with the same question in mind.
